The first step before you begin is to make sure you have a message in you that you really want to share and indentify your goals. Note that this is not a sales call; we cannot work with everyone who applies.

2. The Master Plan

Your agent begins to develop the strategy for creating your brand, book, digital content and more. They help you perfectly frame your book to ensure it will resonate with an audience and ensure you achieve your goals.

3. Outlining

Once the book is properly framed, your agent will help you create a Table of Contents and Book “Blueprint” to help you define your ideas and sharpen your thinking. This will lay the foundation for your book, course, marketing strategy and long term targets.

4. The Magic Interviews

Our agents will use the Blueprint as a guide to interview you and get all of your stories, knowledge and wisdom out of your head and onto a page. This is how we get everything we need to build your everything. You relax, we ask questions, you share your passion and knowledge, then we work our magic so you can keep working yours. We’re talking approximately 90 minutes a weeks for about 8 weeks. You’ve already done the heavy lifting. The hard part was learning what you’ve already learned; sharing that knowledge just got easier.

5. Editing

Our author agents will turn your recorded interviews into your book. You’ll see pages almost from the beginning, and will progressively hone in on the voice and tone. You’ll also do a full round of edits with your author agent to ensure the book, course content and any other fun stuff you come up with is entirely your idea, in your words and your voice.

6. Brand Strategist

So much more than a book: this is where your colors, logos, website, marketing direction, etc. are created to precisely reflect who you are and what you’re sharing with the world.

7. Publishing & Distribution

Our Publishing Team will design a professional book cover and lay-out, taking care of all the other publishing details that go into making a book that’s ready for market. Your book will look and feel at home on a bookshelf next to best-sellers and the books that inspire you.

8. Marketing

Get ready to launch. As you should expect we’ll begin with an Amazon launch, ensuring your book hits #1 in its category. We’ll make your book best seller, but we won’t stop there. We’ll create and execute marketing strategies to build an authentic following, acquire an email list of your readers–your tribe–and stay connected and relevant to them. We help you create and expand your platform, setting you up for longterm success.

9. PR

We get you booked! We’ll book you on podcasts, T.V., and vodcasts. We’ll get you quoted in digital and print media.We’ll also book speaking engagements if that’s up your alley: conferences, workshops, seminars and more related to your topics!

10. We Won’t Leave You Hanging…

Once you’re launched, you’re book is thriving, you’re fielding interviews, selling your courses online, building a following and growing your brand, you’ll have graduated from our 6-12 month catalyst phase. But we’re your agents and publishing firm for as long as you want to keep building, creating and growing. We can always set new targets and go for another 12 months or more!
